THOMAS E. "TANK" DASINGER

Attorney Thomas "Tank" Dasinger has been practicing law in Baldwin County since 1994. Over the years Tank Dasinger has participated and tried every type of criminal offense, both as prosecutor and as lawyer for the Defendant. Tank has experience in multiple areas from minor violations, DUI’s, misdemeanor offenses, felony offenses, to capital murder.

A 1991 University of South Alabama graduate, Tank Dasinger attended the Jones School of Law. Tank immediately began work in the Baldwin County District Attorney Office under David Whetstone. Shortly afterwards he was hired by the law firm of James W. May & Associates. In June 1999, Mr. Dasinger opened the doors to his own private law firm in Daphne focused on serving the people of Baldwin County.

An accomplished attorney, Tank Dasinger has served as special prosecutor for the City of Gulf Shores, City of Foley and the Town of Silverhill and has also been a fill in Judge for the Town of Loxley and the City of Foley. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, Baldwin County Bar, Baldwin County Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, National Criminal Defense College - Mercer Law School, American Bar Association, United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and Kappa Sigma Fraternity.

Tank resides with his family in Daphne, Alabama.
